Senior Agile Delivery Coach

Requirement:

• 7 years of Agile Coaching, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or related experience.

• 6-7 years of Proven experience coaching agile teams while providing hands-on support for planning, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery execution.

• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, remove bottlenecks, and improve team effectiveness.

• Experience developing and managing delivery roadmaps, defining MVPs, and coordinating cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.

• Post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Agile certification is preferred.
