Senior BA

Requirement:

• 6+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience delivering complex technology initiatives within Capital Markets or Financial Services.

• Strong experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, documenting business processes, and supporting end-to-end project delivery.

• Strong SQL skills with proven experience analyzing, reconciling, and validating large datasets.

• Experience with data mapping, source-to-target analysis, ETL processes, and system integrations.

• Understanding of Capital Markets products and data flows across Front Office, Operations, Finance, Treasury, and Risk.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
