Requirement:

• 6-8 years of experience in Project Management, ideally within the financial services or technology industry.

• Essential knowledge of Loan, ABS, and Mortgages.

• Experience with Jira management, Microsoft Projects, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and SDLC.

• Experience managing cross-portfolio projects in a matrix environment, including project planning, coordination, timelines, budgets, and risks.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build consensus and work with business stakeholders and technology partners.

• Business-facing experience with clear communication skills.

• Experience working with stakeholders to develop programs, products, and services.

• PMP designation is an asset.

• Experience training and mentoring colleagues is an asset.
