Requirement:

• 5+ Years of equivalent work experience 

• Strong experience in Reporting & Business virtualization experience. 

• Exceptional banking experience and experience delivering large, complex initiatives in the space 

• Strong people management skills with the proven ability to align teams to a central vision 

• Demonstrated experience leading diverse, high performing teams 

• Strong working knowledge with project management tools, such as, Confluence, JIRA, Clarity and Tableau 

• Demonstrated experience leading large scale projects, preferably in capital markets 

• Ability to stay composed and resilient under pressure 

• Excellent analytical skills in assessing risk, issues and challenging the status quo 

• Indisputable knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
