Senior Business Analyst

Role Summary

​

• Define and document new business and future state workflows using Visio.

• Gather, analyze, and validate detailed requirements for system implementation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and refine business needs; proactively ask questions.

• Review QE team’s test scenarios; provide feedback (no test execution).

• Manage project documentation and tracking using JIRA and Confluence.

• Support collateral management operations including segregation process - clearing, and settlements.

 

Must Have

​

• Senior BA Skillsets with Capital Markets domain knowledge.

• Knowledge in collateral management, with a focus on Fixed Income and equities repo/lending.

• Experience in customer protection, segregation processes or clearing and settlement processes, especially related to equities and repo.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence and Visio
