What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be a key role in Data Protection Services team, an innovative team with many brand new services provided at enterprise level. As a key member of Certificate Management services, you will work individually or lead a small development team to work with business partner, QA, vendor (CyberArk, DigiCert, Sectigo) and AO partner on design, integration, configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting and providing PROD support.

How You’ll Succeed

​

• Work with CyberArk vendor to design, build, configure and deploy Digital Certificate Lifecycle Manager (DCLM) from DEV, UAT to PROD using CyberArk Certificate Manager SaaS

• Collaborate with Certificate operational team and other technology partners to integrate DCLM with DigiCert One and Sectigo CAs

• Work with other technology partners to design and integrate DCLM with critical enterprise services (e.g., Akamai CPS, Palo Alto, F5, Z/OS RACF, GitHub, Ansible) to enable automated certificate renewals and deployment

• Provide production support, and work with AO partners on problem troubleshooting/solving

• Follow Agile methodology to setup environment, configure, test, debug, and document in order to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of the service during/post project

Who You Are

​

• You can demonstrate experience in:

  • Strong knowledge (2+ years) of digital certificate management, PKI space

  • Strong knowledge of Linux OS, Python or Shell scripting

  • Hands-on experience with Ansible playbooks

  • Hands-on experiences with ServiceNow for change management in a corporate environment (e.g., banking)

  • Knowledge/experience with DevOps Toolsets: GitHub, GitHub Actions/Jenkins, and Artifactory

  • Big bonus: Working experience with digital certificate management tools (e.g., Venafi) and Certificate Authority (e.g., DigiCert, Sectigo)
