Job Description
Requirement:

7+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or enterprise operations within complex organizations.

Expertise in process mapping and modeling (e.g., BPMN) and tools such as Microsoft Visio.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Proven ability to lead discovery and analysis efforts independently, with minimal direction.

Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable working in Jira and Confluence.

Assets:

Exposure to ServiceNow (particularly intake or workflow automation).

Experience with Power BI, data models, or dashboard design.

Knowledge of risk, compliance, or governance frameworks in regulated environments (e.g., financial services).
