Sr. QRM Configuration Analyst

Requirement:

• 3–6 years of relevant experience with QRM platform implementation or support
   Strong understanding of ALM, FTP, or liquidity risk frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with QRM configuration (Product Templates, Static Data Tables, Forecast Rules, etc.)

• Working knowledge of database structures, SQL, and data staging practices.

• Experience with Python, R, or similar scripting/data science tools.

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP, ) is a plus.

• Ability to synthesize complex technical inputs into understandable outputs for non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with IT and business teams.

• Experience supporting large-scale treasury, risk, or regulatory transformation programs.

• Exposure to QRM data integration frameworks (QDL, FTP mapping, etc.)

• Knowledge of regulatory capital or liquidity metrics (LCR, NSFR, IRRBB, etc.)

• Familiarity with agile project delivery methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
