Sr.Project Manager

Requirement:

• 10+ Years of equivalent work experience.

• Experience in delivering / documenting Governance Artifacts.

• Exceptional banking / financial institution experience and experience
  delivering large, complex initiatives in the space.

• Strong people management skills with the proven ability to align teams
  to a central vision.

• Demonstrated experience leading diverse, high performing teams.

• Strong working knowledge with project management tools, such as,
  Confluence, JIRA, Clarity.

• Strong collaborator who engages colleagues, business partners, and
  external stakeholders.

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  skills.

• Demonstrated experience leading large scale projects, preferably in
  capital markets.

• Ability to stay composed and resilient under pressure.

• Excellent analytical skills in assessing risk, issues and challenging the
  status quo.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
  deadlines and priorities.

• Indisputable knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Waterfall,
  Agile).

• Passion to succeed and results oriented.

• Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects as and when required.
