Senior Development Manager

Requirement:

• 7-10 years of application development experience at a finical institution.

• 3+ years of recent experience managing a team of developers overseeing multiple projects/efforts in parallel.

• Expert knowledge of Core Java

• Scripting language experience (preferably Python)

• Experience supporting settlement operations, collateral management, margining

• Experience in project effort estimation, Cost estimation and resource management.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and applying agile principles to drive iterative development.

• Thorough knowledge and experience in all phases of SDLC; Good working knowledge of Gradle, Maven, SVN, JIRA etc.

• Good experience working with databases such as SQL server, Oracle with expert SQL knowledge.
