Senior Technical Business Analyst

Requirement:

• 8–10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Capital Markets data analysis

• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, NiFi (or equivalent ETL tools), FIX messages

• Strong background in data mapping and real-time/EOD data publication & consumption

• Experience with streaming data architecture, including Kafka, Python, Offset Explorer

• Experience with third‑party APIs and relevant tools: Postman, Kibana, Elasticsearch

• Nice to have

• Experience working with federated trading platforms (Fidessa, Bloomberg, etc.)

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow

• Knowledge of Institutional Equities trading, MiFID II, and broader regulatory frameworks

• Experience with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, Excel macros/pivots)

• Post-secondary - Financial education (relevant courses, CSC, CFA) will be considered as an asset.
