Sr. Scrum Master

Requirement:

• End-to-end facilitation of the agile processes.

• Drives continuous improvement and change, acting as a change agent to adapt processes to maximize productivity across work efforts.

• Engages appropriate stakeholders to identify and manage impediments to achieve outcomes of work commitments.

• Adheres to enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to activities for our business area.

• Ensures respective policies/practices are well executed, meets business needs, complies with internal and external requirements, and aligns with business priorities.

• Participates fully as a member of the agile team (e.g., Product Group, Product Family), supports a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest.

• Experienced Scrum Master capable of supporting 1-2 simple to complex pods/agile teams.

• Post -secondary education.

• Certified Scrum Master and 3+ years of Scrum Master experience.

• Prefered 5-7Agile related experience.

• Global Markets, Regulatory Compliance experience.
