Senior Salesforce BA

Requirement:

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• 6–8+ years in Business/Technical Analysis roles with 3+ years in Salesforce.

• Experience supporting multi cloud Salesforce environments (e.g. Sales, Service, FS Cloud, CPQ).

• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data model, security architecture, and automation tools.

• Ability to produce detailed technical documentation, solution requirements, and process models.

• Proficiency with SOQL/SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.

• Experience participating in Agile delivery teams.

• Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Experience with DocuSign integrations, Pricing Tools, or CRM workflows in financial institutions.

• Experience engaging with enterprise architects and senior engineering leaders.

• Experience from environment with multiple workflows, disjointed processes
