Requirement:

• 3+ years BA working experience.

• Ability to work with users (Trading & Trade Control) throughout the entire trade lifecycle and understand their workflow. 

• Ability to work closely with Front Office teams and support daily operations.

• Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to work closely with developers, with strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL and Python. 

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge or experience in capital markets.
