Solution Architect 

Requirement:

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

• Solid experience in solution architecture and design for large-scale initiatives, preferably in risk, compliance, financial crimes, or regulated financial services

• Good understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, data management (e.g., lineage, data quality), and modern engineering practices (e.g., APIs, DevSecOps)

• Working knowledge of ERM/ORM concepts (e.g., risk taxonomy, controls, issues management, operational events, KRI/KPI, RCSA) and ability to translate into system, workflow, and data needs

• Experience using analytics, automation, and AI/ML to improve risk insights, control effectiveness, and operational efficiency

• Hands-on experience in integration design, data flow and lineage, and building secure, auditable solutions (e.g., access control, logging, monitoring)
