Business Analysis (Capital Markets/Repo)

Requirement:

• 8+ years of relevant working experience in IT

• 4+ years’ practical experience and product business knowledge in capital

• markets

• Experience with ION and/or having used ION product previously (ION trade chains, publishers, gateways, STP components)

• Experience with repo trading (fixed income repos, securities lending, Triparty repo trading, CCP, novation, Securities position management, collateral optimization)

• Experience with Trade lifecycle (rerates, substitutions, partials, swing/meta trades)

• Data mapping and vendor management experience

• Experience with SQL.

• Database and application server environnements

• Unix/Linux experience

• Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Repo trading experience - Tools: Anvil 9, MMI, ARC reporting

  • Regulatory reporting (CIRO, SFTR)

  • Experience working with all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence delivery tracking and documentation software.

  • Experience with data flow, sequence diagramming, other software diagramming models is an asset.

  • Excellent working experience of Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

  • MQ messaging to settlement systems (ADP, GLOSS, IMPACT)

  • ECN connectivity (Bloomberg, BTEC, Tradeweb, GLMX)

• Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and standards, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver working results.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience working across multiple teams and functions to ensure alignment.

• A recognized undergraduate degree or diploma in business administration, computer science or related field
