Java Dev Lead

Requirement:

• 8+ years’ experience in IT industry preferably working on the finance domain or relevant experience.

• 8+ years’ hands-on development experience in Java, Spring Framework, Kafka & SQL (preferably Oracle)

• Experience with system design, system development, data modeling, and software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Experience with payments, settlements, advice and statements (FI to FI customer credits, FI Credit transfer etc.)

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum software delivery model

  • Experience with Google Cloud technologies, Google Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Terraform, Cloud SQL

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in a lead type of role

• Possesses strong problem solving and analysis skills followed by good ability to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations and solutions to complex and multi-dimensional problems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to build consensus and obtain cooperation from stakeholders, as well as time management and organizational skills to effectively manage deliverables and planning of resources

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment where processes and procedures are consistently refined.

• Ability to adapt and handle multiple tasks/competing priorities simultaneously

• Result-oriented and client focus, support business clients in a timely and professional manner

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
